Custom Software & SaaS Development

Full-stack products built from a blank page — internal tools, multi-tenant platforms, and SaaS products you can sell.

Custom SaaS builds typically start at $15,000–$25,000 for a 6–8 week MVP. Retainer engagements from $8,000/month.

What this is

We build custom software and SaaS products for teams that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools or need something that doesn't exist yet. Our focus is on B2B products — internal tools, multi-tenant platforms, client portals, and SaaS products you can sell to your own customers. The typical engagement starts with a two-week discovery sprint. We map your current workflows, identify the highest-leverage problems, and define a thin vertical slice we can ship in 2–3 weeks. From there, we iterate in two-week cycles: each cycle delivers a working feature set you can test with real users. No long waterfall phases, no surprises at the end. We've built: - Multi-tenant SaaS platforms (like Wecomify) with per-tenant databases, custom domains, and usage-based billing - Internal CRMs and lead management systems for agencies handling 10k+ leads/month - Client portals with document management, billing history, and ticketing - Data pipelines and dashboards replacing manual Excel workflows Our default stack is Laravel + PostgreSQL for the API, Next.js + React + TypeScript for the frontend. We choose this because it's productive, well-supported, and your next hire will already know it. We don't reach for niche frameworks unless there's a specific reason. We're not a feature factory. We push back on scope that doesn't serve the core problem. If you want someone to build exactly what you specced without questions, we're not the right fit. If you want a team that treats your product like their own — challenging assumptions, cutting scope, shipping fast — that's us.

Our process

  1. Discovery sprint (2 weeks) — workflow mapping, problem prioritization, technical risk assessment
  2. Architecture & data model — database schema, API contracts, auth strategy, tenant model
  3. Vertical slice delivery (2–3 weeks) — end-to-end working feature with real data
  4. Iteration cycles (2 weeks each) — prioritized features, user feedback, retrospective
  5. Hardening & handover — load testing, monitoring setup, runbooks, code walkthrough

Stack & why we use it

Laravel 11
API layer, queues, scheduled jobs, authentication, billing integrations
Next.js 14 (App Router)
Server-rendered frontend, SEO-ready marketing pages, React Server Components
PostgreSQL
Primary data store, row-level security for multi-tenancy, JSONB for flexible schemas
Redis
Queue workers (Horizon), caching, rate limiting, session storage
TypeScript
End-to-end type safety from database to UI via generated types
Tailwind CSS
Design system implementation, dark mode, responsive components

Who it's for

  • →Founders who need a working product to show users or investors
  • →Operations teams replacing manual spreadsheets and shared inboxes
  • →Agencies and consultancies productizing an internal process into something sellable

Common questions

How long does a typical SaaS MVP take?
6–8 weeks for a thin vertical slice with auth, billing, and one core workflow. Full multi-tenant platforms with per-tenant customization take 12–16 weeks.
Do you take over existing codebases?
Yes. We'll audit the codebase first (1 week), then propose a refactor-or-rebuild plan with clear milestones. We don't do open-ended maintenance on code we didn't write.
What does "multi-tenant" actually mean in your builds?
Each customer gets isolated data (separate database or row-level security), their own subdomain/custom domain, configurable branding, and usage-based billing. We've built this pattern in production for Wecomify.
Can you integrate with our existing auth (Auth0, Clerk, Supabase)?
Yes. We've integrated with all three. Our preference is Laravel Sanctum + custom tokens for control, but we'll work with your existing identity provider.
What happens after launch?
We offer month-to-month retainers for ongoing feature work, or a support plan for monitoring, patches, and dependency updates. No lock-in — you own the code and IP from day one.
